Limited liability company buys Orlando’s Westin Imagine Hotel

The 315-room Westin Imagine Hotel has been sold, according to HFF, which closed the deal on behalf of seller REDUS Imagine. The buyer was ERGS WI Orlando, a limited liability company. The operator, Pyramid Hotel Group, will remain in place. The property is located adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center at 9501 Universal Boulevard and was completed in 2008. The transaction also included a condominium hotel component and 24 acres of land. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. — Alexander Britell
