Coral Springs retail center sells for $4.3 million

The Cypress Wood Plaza retail center in Coral Springs has sold for $4.25 million, according to Marcus & Millichap’s Gregory Matus. The sale of the 41,908-square-foot center, which is located at 10412 West Atlantic Boulevard, is one of the largest in Coral Springs in 2012, according to Marcus & Millichap’s Robert Granda, who represented the seller along with Mandel. The property consists of two retail buildings and a 7,000-square-foot out-parcel. It was 80 percent occupied at the time of sale. “As inventory levels of quality assets remain low, competition for them will continue to increase,” Granda said. — Alexander Britell
