Kendall Place apartments to officially open in western Miami

The Kendall Place apartment complex in western Miami will officially open on Oct. 18, the project announced. The property, which was developed by Jamestown Properties and Greystar, will debut with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The 228-unit complex is located on almost 16 acres in Kendall with waterfront surroundings. It is located at 8485 Hammocks Boulevard in Kendall. — Alexander Britell
