Office on shovel-ready Biscayne Boulevard property trades to Related

A 40,000-square-foot Biscayne Boulevard office building with a shovel-ready development site has traded to Related Group for less than $20 per square foot, a source told Curbed. The building, which is located at 4300 Biscayne Boulevard, includes all the original permits and entitlements to build a 15-story condo tower wrapping around the office bulding, known as Unika.
