MedSpace opens shared health workspace at Boca’s Fountains Center

MedSpace Practice Solutions has opened a 2,100-square-foot space at Fountains Center in Boca Raton. The company, which provides furnished medical office suites with flex leases, was represented by Ayal Frist of Stateland Brown in the deal. Frist also represented the landlord, Boca Medical Plaza, in the transaction. The new space is located at 7000 West Camino Real in Boca Raton. — Alexander Britell
