A DEA building in Miami has sold for $43.54 million, according to Duane Morris, which assisted an affiliate of Spain-based MDR Inversiones in its purchase of the 9.14-acre complex. The deal was conducted all-cash, subject to an existing loan. The building, which is located in Doral, is where the DEA tests and stores confiscated illegal drugs. Duane Morris’ Eberhard Rohm, Lee Potter, Jonathan Olick, John Barron, Barry Lapides and Mark Scott handled the deal on behalf of MDR. — Alexander Britell
