EWM represented buyer in Alonzo Mourning sale

EWM’s Audrey Ross represented the undisclosed buyer in the sale of former Miami Heat star Alonzo Mourning’s Coral Gables home. The $11.35 million purchase was in the tony Gables Estates community on the waterfront edge of Coral Gables. It was listed by Engel & Voelkers’ Lourdes Alatriste. Mourning had purchased the eight-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom home in 2005 before helping the Heat to the franchise’s first-ever NBA championship. Ross has handled three sales over $10 million in Gables Estates since the beginning of this year. — Alexander Britell
