The Real Deal will be launching its first-ever South Florida Market Report 2012 print edition with a roundtable discussion and party at the Vizcayne condo tower in downtown Miami on the evening of Nov. 15. The roundtable, which will take a look at the new wave of condominium construction in South Florida, will feature EWM President and CEO Ron Shuffield; Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, Managing Partner at Cervera Real Estate; Philip Spiegelman, principal at ISG; One Sotheby’s International Realty President Beth Butler and Peter Zalewski, founder of brokerage and consultancy Condo Vultures.
