The Miami Association of Realtors and Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors have reached a settlement on a lawsuit filed by the Greater Fort Lauderdale organization last year, the two sides announced in a statement today. The lawsuit had alleged that the MAR had released advertising that inappropriately compared the two groups. “Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors and the Miami Association of Realtors are pleased to announce that the lawsuit between them has been resolved through a confidential settlement agreement,” the statement read. “Both associations look forward to working together serving their members and the South Florida real estate community.” — Alexander Britell
