Pair of townhomes unloaded on Palm Beach’s Brazilian Avenue

Two homes on Palm Beach’s Brazilian Avenue recently sold, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. The first, a townhome at 403 Brazilian Avenue, was sold by Richard Wolfe for $4.55 million. The second was bought by Leanor Segal in a transaction handled by Linda A. Gary’s Bobby Goodnough and Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate. “I’ve seen a lot of townhomes in Palm Beach, and it was by far the nicest one available,” Goodnough said. “It lives like a house.” [Palm Beach Daily News]
