Allen Morris company announces 17,000 sf of leasing transactions

Coral Gables-based Allen Morris company is announcing just over 17,000 square feet in leasing transactions negotiated by the firm’s Thad Adams and Bill Bailey. The largest was a 7,001-square-foot deal by Singer Xenos at Douglas Entrance at 800 South Douglas Road in Coral Gables. Transwestern represented the landlord in that deal. MBF Healthcare signed a 6,144-square-foot lease at Alhambra Towers at 121 Alhambra Plaza in Coral Gables. Flagler Real Estate Services represented the tenant in that deal. The firm also handled a 1,615-square-foot lease by Enovation Brands at Turnberry Plaza in Aventura and a 2,422-square-foot lease at SunTrust Plaza by Vila Padron & Diaz in Coral Gables. — Alexander Britell
