Baptist Hospital of Miami has paid $12.5 million for a property in Kendall, according to data from real estate information firm StreetEasy. The purchase closed last month, according to Miami-Dade County records. The 43,000-square-foot 9000 Professional Centre property is located at 9000 Southwest 87 Court. The seller was 9000 Centre Association. It is adjacent to Baptist Hospital of Miami, just south of North Kendall Drive. — Alexander Britell
