Midtown Miami could soon see two condo towers totaling 600 units, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The project brings the number of condo buildings proposed for South Florida to more than 80 buildings and more than 12,000 units since the residential meltdown of 2007. The investment group making the proposal is composed of developer Alex Vadia, Suzanne De Witt, and Deborah Samuel, according to public records spotted by Condo Vultures. Last year the investment group Midtown Opportunities grabbed the 22 acre site for more than $60 million. [SFBJ] —Christopher Cameron
