Boca Raton office owned by alleged fraudster sells

A Boca Raton office building owned by Atul Bisaria, who has been indited on fraud charges that allegation misappropriating loan funds for hotels has sold at a 64 percent discount, the South Florida Business Journal Reported.

The National Republic Bank of Chicago seized the 26,327-square-foot office at 901 Clint Moore Road in 2011 after foreclosing on a $5.1 million mortgage.

The buyer was an entity known as 901 Congress Investments and payed $1.84 million for the property. Attorney Charles Ged handled the deal. [SFBJ]Christopher Cameron
