Trump inks deal for Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Jupiter

The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa in Jupiter will soon have new owner by the name Donald Trump, the Palm Beach Post Reported. On Thursday, Trump singed a contract for the golf club for an undisclosed amount and the deal is expect to close in the next month.

The 215-acre property includes the golf course and cluster of multi-million dollar homes. “It’s a spectacular piece of property in a great location,” Trump said.

The sale comes after Trump purchased the Doral Hotel & Country Club earlier this year for  $150 million. He plans to invest an additional $200 million in the property.
