A Class A distribution facility in Doral has been sold for $7.05 million in a sale/leaseback by JAS Forwarding Worldwide, according to CBRE, which handled the deal. JAS will lease back the entire building from buyer Industrial Income Trust. The property is located at 2750 NW 84th Avenue in Doral. CBRE’s Devin White, David Albert and Andrew Lehrer marketed the facility for sale on behalf of JAS. The overall average for direct asking gross rates in Doral has risen to $9.12 per square foot in Miami’s Airport/Doral submarket, according to CBRE. — Alexander Britell
