Downtown Miami’s Opera Tower is currently undergoing a $1.2 million redesign, with changes to its recreational room, lobby and pool deck. The new project was announced by developer Tibor Hollo. Opera has also retained Fortune International to handle the sellout of the remaining units at the 56-story tower on Biscayne Bay. “We’re making significant changes at Opera Tower and investing a great deal to make life for our residents even more pleasurable,” Hollo said. There are currently around 300 units remaining at Opera, which is located at 1750 N Bayshore Drive. — Alexander Britell
