Brenner reports three Broward leases

Brenner Real Estate Group is reporting a group of three recently closed lease transactions in Broward County. The largest was a 1,844-square-foot lease by Alliance Property Systems at Plantation Place, 8751 West Broward Boulevard in Plantation. The second was a 1,300-square-foot lease of an office condominium at Hampton Professional Center at 1911 NW 150th Avenue in Pembroke Pines. The was a 960-square-foot lease by Adults to Pediatrics Therapy at 14201 W Sunrise Boulevard in Sunrise. Adam Starr and Michael Eisner were involved in the transactions. — Alexander Britell
