Developer buys pair of Sunset Harbour properties for $5.88 million

Metro 1 Commercial has handled the sale of two properties in Miami Beach’s Sunset Harbour neighborhood for $5.88 million. the brokerage announced Thursday. Sunset Harbour has been seeing increased development, from expanded retail like the Pubbelly group to new towers like Palau. Mika Mattingly, an urban sales associate for Metro 1, represented both sellers in the transactions. The properties were 1747 Bay Road and 1330 18th Street.
