Churchill Suites Crown Miami Beach hotel and condomeniums has sold to a company operating as Crown Miami Hotel Owner for $85 million, according to public records uncovered by the South Florida Business Journal. The property, which is located at 4041 Collins Avenue, was sold by a company operating as Crown at Miami Beach, located at the Bay Harbor Islands address of Atlantic & Pacific Co.
