One United Bank sells Lauderdale Lakes building

One United Bank has sold its building at 2412 North State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes, according to Brenner Real Estate Group, which handled the transaction. The 10,000-square-foot One United Bank Building was purchased by Shulamit Holding, an exporting and relogistics company that is relocating from Davie. Brenner’s Helen Weissman represented the buyer. The bank represented itself in the deal. Brenner also announced the closing of a 6,000-square-foot lease by KickPush Holdings at 420 West McNAb Road in Fort Lauderdale. Kickpush will be using the building as its corporate headquarters. — Alexander Britell
