CBRE’s Diana Parker wins CREW-Miami “Star” award for 2012

CREW-Miami has announced the recipients of its 2012 awards, led by CBRE’s Diana Parker, who won the “Star Award” for 2012. Parker, along with fellow team member Maggie Kurtz, joined CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield in January. Among the organization’s other award winners were the Beltman Group’s Lorraine Ferguson, who won the Mentor of the Year Award; Joann Soman of Raise Your Sales, who took home the President’s Award and Blanca Commercial Estate’s Danet Linares and Barbara Tria of Kerdyk Real Estate, both of whom took home the Unsung Hero award. Suzanne Hollander won the award for New Member of the Year, while Bilzin Sumberg attorney Suzanne Amaducci won Outstanding Mover and Shaker.

CREW also announced winners for two “Networking Deal of the Year” awards. The first, for the historic Post Office building lease at 100 NE 1 Ave, was won by Cheryl Jacobs, AIA Miami; Louise Bendix and Lori Adams of ComReal Miami.; Suzanne Amaducci, Bilzin Sumberg; Natividad Soto, Ferguson, Glasgow, Schuster, Soto. The second went to Barbara Liberatore-Black, Cresa South Florida; Tere Blanca and Danet Linares, Blanca Commercial Real Estate; Suzanne Amaducci, Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod for the Morrison Brown Argiz Lease at 1450 Brickell. — Alexander Britell
