HFF closes $10.8M sale of Dunedin’s Granada Plaza

HFF has closed the sale of the 74,200-square-foot Granada Plaza for $10.8 million. HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Odyssey DP I, an entity affiliated with Lakeland-based Odyssey Diversified Properties. HFF’s Danny Finkle and Luis Castillo represented the seller. The property was renovated in 2004 and is 86 percent leased to tenants including Publix and UPS Store. H&R REIT purchased the property and is assuming exiting life insurance company financing, according to HFF. — Alexander Britell
