Holland & Knight adds Vivian de las Cuevas-Diaz, Barbara Ferrer to real estate practice

Miami-based law firm Holland & Knight has added Vivian de las Cuevas-Diaz and Barbara Ferrer as partners in its Real Estate Practice Group. The two are part of a five-member team heading over from Broad and Cassel. “Vivian, Barbara and their team have created a very sophisticated and successful real estate practice and we are extremely pleased to have them join our firm,” said John Halula, Holland & Knight’s Miami Real Estate Practice Group Leader. “Additionally, each has an impressive background of leadership and community involvement that fits perfectly with the culture of Holland & Knight.” De las Cuevas-Diaz has traditionally represented institutional lenders and developers in financing real estate transactions.
