LandQwest closes pair of retail leases

Fort Myers-based LandQwest Commercial Real Estate has closed a pair of retail leases, the brokerage announced today. The first was a 2,650-square-foot retail lease to Southern Steer Butcher at Curfew Crossing in Palm Harbor. The second was a 3,000-square-foot lease to Massage Heights at the Plaza at Brandon Town Center in Brandon. LandQwest’s Jeremy Kral represented the landlord in both transactions. — Alexander Britell
