A new D’Angelo Pizza, Wine Bar and Tapas restaurant is coming to Addison Place in Delray Beach, CBRE Group announced today. The new location will be Chef Angelo Elia ‘s third D’Angelo Pizza and his sixth restaurant, with other brands including Casa D’Angelo and D’Angelo Trattoria. The Addison Place restaurants will join D’Angelo’s other location in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Weston and in Atlantis, Bahamas.

“The new 4,488-square-foot location at Addison Place reflects a current high demand for upscale retail and dining in the South Florida markets. Certain pockets within Palm Beach and Broward County have maintained quality and price in the retail sector,” Roxanne Register, CBRE Vice President, said

Addison Place is located at 16590 Jog Road and is a 56,000-square-foot retail plaza in the center of Boca Raton and Delray Beach’s Country Club mile. The Class A plaza is adjacent to the Polo Club and Addison Reserve. Other tenants in the plaza include: fashion retailers Wish, Tril-o-gy, Infinity, L Boutique and Rinaldi Shoes, as well as eateries which include Way Beyond Bagels, Green Gourment, Orange Leaf Yogurt and Starbucks. —Christopher Cameron
