Hollywood’s Presidential Plaza sells for $8.3M

The Presidential Plaza Shopping Center in Hollywood, according to Betty Gonzalez, director of office and retail investments at Keyes Commercial, which represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction. The property, which is located at 3599 Hollywood Boulevard, includes 37,802 rentable square feet on a 3.57-acre lot. Tenants include Walgreens and BankUnited. Keyes’ Floyd Cerf was also involved in the deal. —Alexander Britell
