Former Formula 1 driver Eddie Irvine has sold his home on the Venetian Islands for $7 million, The Real Deal has learned.
Irvine, who raced four years for Ferrari, sold the home to an undisclosed local developer.
The five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom property is located at 410 West San Marino Drive. It was designed by architect Luis Bosch.
Irvine bought the home in June 2010 for $1.95 million, according to public records.
It has a market value of $1.83 million, according to the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser’s office.
Julian Johnson of Sterling Realty had the listing. Dora Puig of Puig Werner Realty represented the buyer in the transaction.
