Wilton Manors’ Palm Gardens Apartments listed for sale at $14.8 million

Union Street Partners has been appointed the exclusive broker for the sale of the Palm Gardens Apartments in Wilton Manors, Union Street President Greg Celentano announced today. The property, which is located at 2727 North Andrews Avenue in Wilton Manors, includes 156 apartment units and seven retail spaces. The complex, which is 99 percent occupied, is being listed for sale at $14.8 million. It was built in 1973. —Alexander Britell
