Italian restaurant Spris has signed a 1,512-square-foot lease to open an outpost at the Southeast Financial Center in downtown Miami, the building announced. Spris is the third eatery to join the center of late, following The Newsstand Cafe by Books and Books and the Cheese Course. Cushman & Wakefield’s Greg Masin represented both sides in the transaction. The restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor space. “Miami’s downtown urban core is successfully fusing the retail requirements for both the business and residential sectors,” Masin said. —Alexander Britell
