Stiles Construction, a division of Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles, has formed a new joint venture with the Seminole Tribe of Florida. The new venture, Seminole Develompent and Construction, will provide both partners with access to a range of real estate construction projects within the North American tribal network. The first project is the Seminole Classic Casino, a 140,000-square-foot renovation at 4150 North State Road 7 in Hollywood, which recently completed a six-month renovation. “Our partnership with Stiles opens a world of opportunity for the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc. and for all Native American tribes,” said Tony Sanchez, President of the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc.” —Alexander Britell
