The eclectic home at 3825 Bayside Court in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood has been sold for $4.7 million, The Real Deal has learned. The deal on the home, nicknamed “Fantasy Island,” was handled by Chris Crystal of Miami Real Estate Co., a member of the Master Brokers Forum. The sellers were the Varat family, the original owners of the property. — Alexander Britell
