HC arranges $6 million financing for 123,164-sf Pembroke Pines retail center

Delray Beach-based HC Capital has arranged $6 million in financing for Sedano’s Plaza on West Pembroke Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines, the firm announced. HC’s Kurt Hoffman and Chris Caveglia arranged the deal for the 123,164-square-foot retail center, which is anchored by Sedano’s Supermarket, along with other tenants including Wells Fargo, Burger King and La Granja. The center is currently 99 percent leased. —Alexander Britell
