Total office vacancy in Broward County has dropped to 19.2 percent as of the fourth quarter of 2012, according to a new MarketView report from CBRE. Overall vacancy dropped by 70 basis points from the fourth quarter of 2011. “The Broward County office market is healthier than a year ago but has remained relatively stifled since mid-year,” the firm said in the report. “With uncertainty on future tax policies, businesses have taken a wait and see approach before making any moves in the market.” —Alexander Britell
