Jacqueline Gonzalez named concierge at 4 Midtown

The luxury residential mixed-use 4 Midtown has named Jacqueline Gonzalez its new concierge, the building’s management announced. Gonzalez will be responsible for offering residents and condo owners a menu of more than 80 luxury services — from personal mail handling, hurricane preparedness, pet sitting referrals and plant watering to restaurant reservations, transportation and party planning arrangements. Gonzalez will also satisfy all entertainment, shopping and home needs for residents.

Gonzalez has more than six years of five-star hospitality and concierge experience. Most recently, she served as concierge of Four Seasons Hotel Miami, and previously, as chief concierge and guest relations supervisor at Regent South Beach. Gonzalez was also the recipient of the Certificate of Appreciation by the White House Communications Agency for assisting President George W. Bush during his stay at the Four Seasons. —Christopher Cameron
