Greenwich, Conn.-based real estate operating company Ivy Realty has completed the redevelopment and begun leasing the Royal Palm, a 25,000-square-foot boutique office building in Palm Beach, the firm announced today. The firm is unveiling its newly built-out suites in the building, which it is marketing to executives or small firms located in Palm Beach. Each of the office suites are named after a type of palm tree, such as Majesty Palm, King Palm and Traveling Palm.
The suites range from 780 to 1,000 square feet, but up to 11,000 square feet of contiguous space is also available in the three-story building. Northern Trust recently become the anchor tenant at the Royal Palm, taking 5,500 square feet in the building, which is located at 250 Royal Palm Way.
“Palm Beach is a market unique to South Florida, and we have polished up the Royal Palm so that it stands distinct within that high-end market,” said Anthony DiTommaso, co-CEO of Ivy Realty. —Christopher Cameron
