Las Olas Grand unit sets sales record

A 4,265-square-foot condo in the Las Olas Grand building in Fort Lauderdale has sold for $2.6 million, or $609.61 per square foot, a price-per-square-foot record in the high-rise building, Coldwell Banker announced. 

The four-bedroom unit, No. 3501, features a master suite with two walk-in closets, four-and-a-half bathrooms, home theater, office, three balconies, and four parking spaces.

“This unit showcases some of the most breathtaking views in Fort Lauderdale,” Mark Gilman of Coldwell Banker, who handled the sale with Peter Barkin, said. “Inside-and-out, this unit is the definition of an ultra-luxury condominium.” —Christopher Cameron
