Cypress Park closes 47,300 sf in Fort Lauderdale

Cypress Park West I & II, a Class A office complex in Fort Lauderdale, has closed three leases totaling 47,300 square feet, Jones Lang LaSalle, which handled the deals, announced. Located at 6700 and 6750 North Andrews Avenue, the 229,000-square-foot office park’s recent deal include the addition of a Regus business center to the property, the renewal of existing tenant Claims Verification and the expansion of Southern Auto Finance Company.

Regus signed a lease for 27,585 square feet of office space to cater to small- and mid-size businesses in the area. Claims Verifications, an independent investigation firm serving the insurance industry, renewed its 8,018 square feet and Southern Auto Finance Company expanded it lease by 1,200 square feet for a total of 11,687 square feet of space.
