The celebrity broker team known as “the Jills,” of Coldwell Banker, recently became that brokerage’s most successful team in history, according to a statement from Coldwell Banker today.

The Jills — Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg — now have the highest production on record of any agent team in the company’s 106-year history, closing 138 transactions for over $474.7 million in sales during 2012 alone, the statement said.

Last August, The Jills represented the most expensive single-family home sale in Miami-Dade County history, when they sold 3 Indian Creek for $47 million. The team also represents Casa Casuarina, formerly the Versace Mansion, which is listed for $100 million.

“The customers of Miami Beach have been choosing the Jills to successfully sell their properties due to their extensive marketing programs and their large pool of luxury buyers generated from their inventory of high end homes,” Clark Toole, President, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Florida, said in the statement. “Their long-term success and high-profile client pool are the assets that sellers look for when they want luxury properties, and sellers know they get that with The Jills.” –Guelda Voien
