Miami-Dade deadline for property tax exemption filings is tomorrow

Miami-Dade County property owners hoping to save on taxes have until the close of business tomorrow to submit their applications for exemption benefits approved by voters last November, CBS Miami reported. Residents should contact the Miami-Dade County Office of the Property Appraiser, the report said. The new exemptions provide tax cuts for low-income seniors and spouses of veterans.
