A 187,000-square-foot, single-tenant office building in Doral is being converted for multiple tenants, at a cost of $7 million, the building’s owner Delma Properties announced.
An initial $1.5 million is being spent to refurbish the lobby and other common areas. The exterior renovation includes upgrades to the entry fountain, pedestrian bridge, façade, parking, signage and landscaping. The building is located at 9250 N.W. 36th Street.
“The quality of the interior finishes will make it feel like a brand new building,” said Brian Gale, a principal with Taylor & Mathis, an Atlanta-based commercial developer and manager, which is marketing the property, in a statement today. “The building also has great ceiling height and an excellent window line,” he added. —Christopher Cameron
