Miramar Park of Commerce renews two tenants

The largest corporate park in Broward County, Miramar Park of Commerce, has inked nearly 30,000 square feet in new leases, according to a release from developer Sunbeam Properties today.

Tenants at the Miramar office park include Trane, an HVAC services provider, which renewed its lease for 23,400 feet of space at 2884 Corporate Way, and Ocean Air, a commercial aircraft products supplier, which renewed its lease for 5,736 feet at 3123 Commerce Parkway.

Maridee Bell and Ryan Goggins of Sunbeam Properties represented the landlord in-house in the Trane lease; Goggins represented Sunbeam alone in the Ocean Air lease, according to the statement. –Guelda Voien
