Miami’s 32-story Brickell Bay Office Tower has landed a 16,000-square-foot lease with Miami-based international law firm Astigarraga Davis, building ownership announced today. The law firm will relocate to the Financial District’s 280,500-square-foot office tower from nearby 701 Brickell Avenue.
“A top-tier international law firm like Astigarraga Davis is a natural addition to Brickell Bay Office Tower’s growing tenant base, which is becoming increasingly global as companies from around the world look to establish a U.S. presence in South Florida,” said Brickell Bay Office Tower vice president of leasing Christian Driussi, who represented the building’s ownership in the transaction.
Located at 1001 Brickell Bay Drive, the Class A building overlooks Biscayne Bay and offers wide-open floor plates ranging from 10,896 to 18,622 square feet.
