The Miami Association of Realtors is launching the South Florida Real Estate School, the Sun Sentinel reported. The school helps agents work with Latin American buyers by offering courses in English and Spanish at four locations in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
The program will also allow sales associates to take 63-hour pre-licensing and 45-hour post-licensing classes, in additon to a 14-hour continuing education course.
The Miami Realtor group’s former chairman and president Rick Burch has been made the school’s director, the paper said. [Sun Sentinel] —Christopher Cameron
