Brazilians top of the foreign buyer heap

Brazil took the top spot in a Miami Association of Realtors ranking of international customers on the hunt for South Florida real estate, the Miami Herald reported.

After Brazil, the countries sending the most visitors to Miami real estate websites were Colombia, followed by Canada, Venezuela, Argentina, France, Spain, and Peru, the Herald said.

Miami also ranked as the fourth most popular U.S. city for foreign buyers behind Chicago, Los Angeles and Detroit. [Miami Herald] –Guelda Voien
