A condominium sale at the Setai South Beach is the highest price paid so far for a non-penthouse home at the building, according to a release from EWM Realty International, which handled the sale. The sale of the 2,258-square-foot unit breaks down to $3,045 per square foot; the total price was $7.8 million.
The home has three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and is on the ocean, according to an EWM spokesperson.
The Setai, which includes hotel and residential components, is located at 2001 Collins Avenue.
EWM’s Lourdes Gutierrez represented the seller.
Gutierrez also represented the buyer in the $7.2 million sale of a 2,521-square-foot home at the Setai last June, as previously reported.
