Coldwell Banker Real Estate has expanded its reach, acquiring two real estate companies in Florida, HousingWire reported.
Coldwell Banker acquired Pruitt Real Estate – which has roughly 70 sales associates – and Keldorff, which has seven offices with over 100 sales associates and operates as ERA Showcase Properties & Investments, according to HousingWire. Following the acquisition, Coldwell Banker owns and operates more than 80 offices and has nearly 4,800 sales associates in the Florida market.
“We are very pleased to welcome Pruitt Real Estate and ERA Showcase Properties & Investments to our operations,” Clark Toole, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida, told HousingWire.
