Carnival Cruises heiress Lin Arison is on a South Florida condo-buying spree, Gossip Extra reported.

Arison, an arts patron and the widow of Carnival founder Ted Arison, has made four condo purchases in the last year, the site said.

She owns six condos in the 116-unit Bal Harbour Tower, spending more than $12 million on 3,500 square feet of space, Gossip Extra said, citing public records.

Arison’s latest purchase in the building was last month. She paid $2.4 million for auto deal Dave Zinn’s condo, according to the site.

The founder of the National Young Arts Foundation, Arison first moved into Bal Harbour Tower in 2000, a year after the death of her husband, the father of Miami Heat owner Micky Arison.

Gossip Extra was unable to reach Arison for comment. [Gossip Extra]Emily Schmall
