A former co-owner of the Washington Redskins NFL team and the New York Daily News has listed a unit in the Four Seasons Residences in Miami, the tallest tower south of New York.
Fred Drasner and his wife, Lora — an ex model and self-trained photographer — are listing the unit, comprising the 54th floor of the Four Seasons, at 1425 Brickell Ave., for $27 million, according to brokers John Sandberg and Ann Nortmann of Douglas Elliman.
“They’re spending more time in Aspen and their other properties around the world,” Sandberg told The Real Deal.
The unit is the largest in the building and includes a $5 million home theater with 55 speakers, 16 amplifiers and 5,000 watts of sound that has been visited by the likes of Sylvester Stallone and John Travolta, Sandberg said. – Emily Schmall
