The new reality TV show “Hot Listings Miami” is more proof that the city’s real estate market is on fire.
The eight-episode premier season kicked off on the Style Network last night, with an emphasis on the hypercompetitive luxury residential market, the Miami Herald reported. It features Century 21 Premier Elite Realty’s CEO Patricia Delinois and “Apprentice” alumna Katrina Campins of the Campins Company. Tomi Rose of One Sotheby’s International Realty and David W. Pulley of Keller Williams Realty are among the agents on the show.
“It’s a very competitive market,” Pulley told the Herald. “Tune in. There is going to be a little drama. We cater to A-list celebrities, athletes, and movers and shakers.’’ [Miami Herald] — Mark Maurer
